In case you're not familiar with the current (was yesterday) intro sound clip on the server, it's from the movie Real Genius. The song is called Number One. I love that movie. It's a classic 80s nerd prerequisite.

Haven't seen it but the plot seems like something i'd like. I enjoy 80's movies, I just saw Conan the Barbarian for the first time last week to wash Jingle all the way's bad taste out of my mouth.

If you like 80s movies then you need to watch Street Trash from the year of our lord and Robocop 1987. Free on youtube or lookmovie or whatever sites you kids use these days.
Nah bro I’m sweet.
Re: Server intro music clips
Such a great movie and a great time for movies & music!
I was always curious how this scene got past the censors. Maybe everyone was a little less uptight back then. IDK.
Oh and Deborah Foreman was extra hot!

Robocop is awesome. I kept replaying the scene where his hand gets shot off, I couldn't stop laughing . I haven't seen or even heard of Street Trash but it gives me Killer Klowns from outer space vibesCalifornia wrote: ↑Sun Dec 31, 2023 4:05 pm If you like 80s movies then you need to watch Street Trash from the year of our lord and Robocop 1987. Snarf, That Meet The Fables link looks surprisingly crisp for such an old movie

Re: Server intro music clips
Street Trash blows Killer Klowns out of the water in terms of offensive content. The guy who wrote its script stated he wrote it with the intention of offending everybody. Street Trash is one of those movies where you can count a bunch of things that you’ve never seen in a movie before-like people playing keep away with a man’s severed penis.
Nah bro I’m sweet.

Re: Server intro music clips
Not really sure the goal of Killer Klowns was to offend. It was more comedy/satire, than a snuff film.
So lets see for Sanka, must see 80s flicks, in addition to what's mentioned
For the Holidays:
- Trading Places
- Lethal Weapon
Others in no particular order...
- Road Warrior (Mad Max 2) (And Mad Max is good just not 80s) -- no cgi, all the car stunts are real stunts.
- Hawk The Slayer - Good cheesy D&D like movie.
- Flash Gordon - Ornella Muti and Queen soundtrack.
- Highlander
- Spaceballs
- Revenge of the Nerds (recently met Donald Gibbs aka Ogre, also starred in Bloodsport)
- Bloodsport
- The Last Starfighter
- Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure
- Valley Girl (Nicholas Cage's finest role)
- Beverly Hills Cop (number 4 coming soon!, don't watch 3 its trash)
- Stripes
- Commando
- WarGames
- Escape from New York
- Full Metal Jacket (and Apocalypse Now but that's more A list)
- Blues Brothers
- Predator
- Airplane! (this is a must see for anyone!)
I've skipped a bunch that's more popular/a-list...
