If I run FPS wide open I see very high FPS even during gameplay. However, my unregs are very high.
I'll try 251.
Does DesiredRefreshRate have any impact?

As far as I know, foxWSFix-UT2k4 is strictly for resolving using UT2K4 on wide-screen format monitors and is recommended by many of the guides I've been reading.
The zoomed-in crosshair is something else.

And not a good one? If it's legit how is it done?
